If i were the restaurant owner in this situation, I think I WOULD put a 'hit' out on her!
my mind boggles. I understand that legally telling this woman she can't TALK about the bar is an awfully big step. And that OTHERS with DIFFERENT situations will use that same kind of legal precedent to declare that you and I can't say bad things about Disney. Or Wal-mart. Or the local Perverts-Discount-Center.
but fucking hell, there HAS to be a way to shut this woman up!
How BIG can you make a restraining order? 500 yards? She's like a dog without a leash!
