the doctor can submit petitions, but they can't force the issue. They have to give a reason why the brand name is medically necessary. Which, you'd think that "The Generic Does Not Work On My Patient" would do it.

The hiccup? The Doctor that INSISTS that generics are IDENTICAL to the brand name? He's the doc writing the scripts. grr. Yes. I'm considering switching Doctors.
