Okay, so the Supreme Court has already knocked out one tribunal procedure they wanted to use because it violated laws and wasn't approved by Congress, so what do they try to replace it with? A procedure that's even more extreme and in contravention of laws than the last one! If they pass it, it'll immediately be challenged in the Supreme Court and I garauntee that it will be struck down despite the newly conservative bench. Fools. This shows just how disconnected they are from the rest of the world. They live in their own little universe of neo-con ideology.

the fact that you had to include that in your reply troubles me on a deep and fundatmental level. Not that I am any MORE sure as to whether or not our governing legislature can or cannot spot an EVIL idea when they see one. Thing is, it's just that uncertainty that unnerves me so terribly.

the thought that this isn't cut and dry to our law-makers gives me the heebie-jeebies.
