Does your store make it clear that boxes will be canceled if not picked up (or account settled) within a certain time? Maybe a policy notice handed out to reserve box customers would be a good deterant in the future.

But still, not your guys' fault. It's common sense (and curtesy) Clearly he was incapable of seeing just how bad it was for your business to foot the bill for this stuff that just sat around, waiting for his convenience. And then he threw a tantrum. Fuck the douchebag.
