Check this shit out.

TRIUMPHANT RETURN!!
Interrobang Studios rides again.

We're back in the saddle, boys an' girls! Our flughafen, Blake, had a second baby. I graduated. We all moved. Kevin got mentored by JIM FREAKIN' LEE. Sally jumped into our studio work with two feet. Roxy's testing for her massage therapy license this week. (We all wish her luck!)

Even cooler than all that 'real life' stuff?

We've got strips again. And we've got a newly re-vamped Interrobang Studios website. And we've got a sister-site KevinBolk.com. And we had our first studio-booth at a convention. And there's all kinds of crazy updates to the way we're handling the comics!

Comics are going to update at a slightly saner pace: 3 times a week. Dark Intruder runs on Monday, joined by Bear Boy and Space Lad as supporting cast. Punker Darren and Girl Named Bob will dominate the Pot Luck Comics on Wednesday, allowing for Spinks, blind cats, and naked/dead mini-Kevins from time to time. Trigger Star rules Friday and carries hilarity into the weekends.

Check out this picture of the INTERRO-BOOTH at the Baltimore Comic Con this past weekend.

Kevin got an excellent picture of me selling our merchandise. We had prints, comics, and postcards for sale. All of those will be for available through the Interrobang Studios site in the near future.

We met a ton of super-nice people. There were folks who'd actually heard of our comics, friends from Kevin's deviant art page, talented authors, excellent artists, and that retailer who cheerfully tells me every year that he won't mark down his TMNT adventures books because he knows people who will buy them at $6 a book. (He's such a tease. He's had the same ones for the past 4 years. If people buy them, where's he getting them year after year? Riddle me that one, Batman.)

We had a great time both days, and now that we know (kinda) what we're doing at conventions, we will be making announcements about our future convention appearances here and on the website.

It's great to be back. It's awesome to have a plan. Feel free to comment either here or on the site with our new 'quick register & comment' feature. We'd love to talk to you! See you Wednesday.

dude. Your art endeavors have been looking pretty damn awesome too! You are a busy, busy woman. I must admit, I'm living vicariously through you and Kevin. There WILL come a day when I can walk away from the 'real job' and roll around in art full-time.

I've got a few ideas for kids' books that have been kicking around in my brain. This convention proved that Kevin's style draws children, big-time.

Knowing your opinions on children, I'm sure that the above statement made you shudder. But you play to your strengths, right?

Damn straight you play to your strengths! That's why I go hang out with all the occultists every year at the film festival. :)

But if it is any consolation, I'm looking at finding a "real job" too. Something for a bit of steady income while I'm developing my work.
