Verdict: WINNAR.

OMG. BEAR IS RIDING PILLION ON THE MOTORCYCLE THROUGH A BURNING FUTURE CASTLE. You must find this series and read it. (It's at Volume 2). If you're local, I'd suggest ordering it through Twilite Zone Comics.




All Nippon Air Line: Paradise at 30,000 Feet by Kei Azumaya
It's an all gay, all male air line with the acronym ANAL. It is complete FLUFF. The drawing stinks; the writing stinks; there's no characterization or plot. 'Teh Gay' is paraded around like it's a fashionable handbag--but the PREMISE IS AWESOME AND IT'S SO TRAGIC THAT THERE'S NO REAL STORY.

I am extremely confused about the author's opinion of homosexuality. I thought the author was for it. Yet, ANAL's company director calls himself "the Hunter of Love" and stalks prospective young pilot hires in bars...where he gets them drunk, abducts them, and "convinces them physically" that homosexuality is not so bad. P.S. the sound effect for "convincing straight pilots to steer queer" is Spanka-Spanka. BAD AUTHOR! NO DATE RAPE!

One of the Vice Presidents (One of the Four Kings of ANAL) makes all men cum with the sound of his voice. He's on an angst-quest to find the one man on whom his voice does not induce climax. He and he alone can calm even the most irate passengers with his supar-seXxXy in-flight announcements.

Also, the combined might of being gay, being Chinese, and being HAWT apparently defeats hijackings.

I will keep this book. Because I have never laughed so hard at a piece of softcore porn, and also to get scans of the pages where airline pilots are screaming "Everyone Listen! I LOVE ANAL!"


The job's going well. I'm more comfortable with the commute than I thought I would be. I'm rolling in free books. I'm enjoying my cube.

On the home-front, I'm way far behind on a bunch of stuff, but I've got high hopes for tomorrow!
