BUZZ BUZZ Once There Was...

I've changed my journal format over for the last time. I'll use 'Zesty White' and hope they give us options for color changes on it eventually. It's no rush.


In the spirit of "yay! new journal!" and "PROCRASTINATE HARDER!!," I made icons today:



All of the cats are found images. I added captions to three of them, but not "cookie?" or "Get off my lawn." Feel free to take/use.


I imported every journal comment evar from both my old lj kyabetsu and current lj xerahanadu. I don't know quite enough yet to set filters and all that, but that's a project for later.


I joined a community called 'a page a day' in case I get diagnosed with some kind of terminal illness, quit my job, and ACTUALLY GET TIME TO WRITE.


Gotta finish laundry. And get downstairs cranking on Interrobang character profiles. Woo. There has GOT to be a way to learn to use time better. (The current 'day by day'/'hardknocks' version of those lessons just aren't working for me).

The semester is done. I completed 2 of the 5 classes i intended. I passed Macro-Economics. and I kicked the computer class into next wednesday. I have learned that I tend to lose focus and putter out over the course of a full-length semester. I'm considering taking shorter, more condensed classes in the fall. Maybe that will help. OR i'll get stressed and sick again and this time it will be worse b/c missing a single class of a condensed course is like missing a week of a normal one.

Dunno. I'm too busy feeling good about feeling DONE to really give it much thought or care.



Berlioz's tail has had all the sutures removed. He goes on Saturday to have the final inspection and (at long last) his bandage removal. I'm not sure i wanna see what's under there.


In my glee of end-of-class, I made a new pair of tmnt icons. The one that is now my default one. AND this one right here with Raphael in it. grr. All hail the new, and higher-resolution trailer. Found HERE. I'm stupidly giddy about this movie. You just don't know.


I realized that i could upload stuff to YouTube the other day. (I think i was avoiding studying? Probably.) Here's my 'YouTube' page, with 6 lovely home videos of the cats. Visas Vs. Kevin's Nap is the current fave.
